What currency are your products priced?
- All products listed on Little Bible Box are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
Do you ship overseas?
- We ship to countries available on Q-express. Please email us at Littlebiblebox@gmail.com or dm us on Instagram (@littlebiblebox) for shipping rates before placing your order.
Do you do subscription boxes?
- Not yet, but we'll consider once we have more themes in store!
What methods of payment do you accept?
- We accept credit cards, PayLah! and PayNow. Message us on our Instagram page to order if you would like to make payment via PayLah! Or PayNow.
- For PayLah! and PayNow, payment details will be sent after your order is placed.
- Payment has to be made within 24 hours after details have been sent, or your order will be automatically cancelled, thank you!
When will my order be shipped?
- Orders are shipped on Tuesdays and Fridays and will take 3 - 5 days to reach you.
What are your delivery charges?
- Delivery charges are a flat rate of $4.50, via an external courier.
- Free shipping for orders above $80.
I was not home when a delivery attempt was made. What should I do?
- A tracking link and number will be sent to your email when your order is shipped.
- Little Bible Box is not responsible for arranging with the courier for the redeliveries.

Would you be restocking items or designing more boxes?
- Yes! We are working on it. Let us know if you have any suggestions for new themes!
Do you do preorders? Can I reserve an item?
- We do not do pre-orders unless stated. Apologies for any inconvenience :(
What happens if my peg dolls paint chips?
- If you bought a painted set and you want to do some touch ups, get in touch with us for more details on where to purchase the paint separately.
